The barn is equipped to a high standard with under floor heated solid oak flooring throughout the ground floor and a wood burning stove in the living room. With many modern amenities the barn still retains it's charm and character and offers guests flexible living accommodation.

With a large fully enclosed rear garden with patio area, summerhouse and children's play area it offers guests a perfect environment to relax and enjoy the North Norfolk countryside. The front of the barn offers stunning views across the North Norfolk countryside. With the coastal villages including Wells-next-the-Sea and Blakeney the barn offers guests the perfect base to explore the surrounding countryside.

The village of Binham is a beautiful, peaceful village retaining all the charm and character of a bygone age. The village has the remains of an early 12th century Benedictine priory and the whole area is steeped in history. The village is well-supplied with a local grocery store and the friendly and welcoming Chequers Inn which has good food and also brews its own beer.

The North Norfolk coast is easily reached, with the sandy beaches and dunes at Wells-next-the-Sea only 4 miles away and the picturesque village of Blakeney also nearby.
